is an Indian director, documentary film-maker and photographer. Additionally, Gonsalves has been honored as a Sony Alpha Artisan of Imagery since 2018 and a Swarovski Optik Nature Explorer 2021. She focuses on Natural History and Social Documentary and is currently based in the Nilgiri Mountains of Tamilnadu, India.

She is currently working on a documentary about the bond that forms between orphaned baby elephants and their caregivers. Her photographic work focuses on capturing the wonders of nature and diversity of cultural groups across the world. Gonsalves is also the founder of Earth Spectrum, a platform which uses the power of storytelling to raise awareness about biodiversity and cultural life. 

Her journey of exploration involves capturing the diversity of cultures and tribes across the world along with the beauty of natural world. Her focus is on discussing solutions and building greater awareness and a sense of responsibility towards environmental concerns, while showcasing success stories in conservation that instill hope. Her conservation philosophy is that human empathy transcends diversity and connects us all in our environmental cause. She also seeks to give a platform to women and indigenous tribes, especially those working to conserve the planet. She founded the Earth Spectrum in late 2018 where she infuses her passion for adventure to bring new perspectives and a deeper public understanding to the environmental and humanitarian issues..
