Thomas Blagden

I've been a conservation-related professional nature photographer since 1975 (that dates me!). That same year my wife, Lynn, and I were married, and we have a daughter, Sarah (born 1990) living in Dallas. Over my career I mostly committed my photography to projects close to home to maintain a healthier balance of work & family. After 43 years in Charleston, SC, we recently moved back to the hills of Northwest CT, where I grew up. With Covid lockdown I've thoroughly enjoyed being immersed photographically in the place of my childhood and being reacquainted in a much more intimate way.
