Richard Steinberg

Richard is the senior investment strategist for HighTower HSW Advisers, overlaying macroeconomic and capital markets perspectives on the qualitative and quantitative work of the team. His direct responsibilities include managing high-grade, tax-exempt fixed income portfolios for domestic clients, as well as analyzing and recommending alternative investments. In addition, Richard has had extensive experience covering hedge funds.

Richard began his career in 1986 in the Equity Research Department of Goldman Sachs, covering healthcare companies and non-bank financial institutions. Prior to that, Richard graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. from Syracuse University with a concentration in finance and corporate law.

Richard joined the Board of Directors of iLCP in 2016.
